The completion ceremony of the 3rd young cadre training program of China MCC was held at the Party School of the CPC Central Committee (National Academy of Governance) on the afternoon of September 12. Bai Xiaohu, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of China MCC, attended the completion ceremony. He congratulated the participants who had successfully completed the training program and put forward three expectations for all participants: 

First, it is necessary to improve the stance and bearing in mind the big picture, and accurately grasp the current situation and tasks. It is necessary to have a clear understanding of the general situation of the industry's development, the development status of peer enterprises, and the own problems, more accurately grasp the challenges faced by the company in promoting high-quality development and follow a high-quality and differentiated development path with MCC characteristics. Second, it is necessary to shoulder our responsibilities, be willing to take on responsibilities, and promote the high-quality development of the enterprise through concrete actions. It is necessary to accelerate the improvement of market competitiveness and contractual capability, make greater efforts in the "double clearing", enhance enterprise-specific reforms, stimulate the vitality of innovation-driven development, and strive to be a new force in fostering and expanding new productive forces. Third, it is necessary to improve work style, gather strength, and continue to foster a positive and virtuous business atmosphere. It is necessary to be of the same mind, make concerted efforts, and uphold honesty, and gather strength and pursue undertakings with fine style of work.
